应嘉兴市“精英引领.创新嘉兴”办公室邀请，北美中国半导体协会NACSA协助会员报名参加2012年“创新嘉兴·精英引领计划”活动，申报截止期4月30日。这是第三批“创新嘉兴精英引领计划” 申报，第-批有79个项目入选，第二批有104个项目入选。相比其他城市，嘉兴要求团队出资额度最少，为50万。按审批结果，可以享受100万，200万，和300万的政府支持。通过NACSA申报者，将有机会于今年夏季（待定）参加协会组织的中国行小团队，实地参访嘉兴及其它NACSA 友好城市。 报名步骤： 请查看活动网址www.i-jiaxing.com ， 点击下载官方政策文件、2012年官方邀请函以及申报该计划所要用到的表格。务必用中文填写报名表格，将文件名存为您本人的汉语拼音，并发送至master@i-jiaxing.com。 您也可以下载申请材料,申报材料中注明由推荐机构为：北美中国半导体协会NACSA，并通知我们 (lisong_liu@nacsa.com)，以便我们必要时跟踪、协助。并请告诉我们您是否有意参团于今年7-8月访问嘉兴。
应苏州市政府及苏州市张家港市政府邀请，北美中国半导体协会NACSA协助会员报名参加2012年苏州国际精英创业周（7月10日本会场活动, 可能要提前1-2天参加张家港市分会场活动）。报名截止时间4月20日. 如果您想参加今年的活动，请务必在5月15日之前，将表格（见附件）交递NACSA, 以便当地政府进行项目对接，并根据情况发送正式邀请函并确认具体行程安排。 邀请对象： 在新能源、新材料、智能电网、纳米技术、医药和生物技术、现代装备制造、软件和服务业外包、金融服务等领域，承担过重大科研项目的创新人才、拥有独立知识产权和智力成果的创业人才；在科技前沿领域有较高声誉的国内外专家学者，在业界有较高知名度的企业领袖和创业成功人士，风险投资专家和国内知名金融机构高管；在国内外有较高影响力的学术团体和协会组织代表，海外知名华人社团和留学生组织、人才服务机构代表。活动期间将免费为正式受邀嘉宾提供食宿，并根据项目前期对接情况和嘉宾意愿安排洽谈活动；特邀嘉宾（知名学者、演讲嘉宾）享受全额交通补贴。 报名步骤： 请填写苏州报名表（见附件）。务必用中文填写报名表格，将文件名存为您本人的汉语拼音，并发送lisong_liu@nacsa.com. 相关政策： 苏州市政府2010年制定了《关于进一步推进姑苏人才计划的若干意见》，计划用5年时间，引进1000名科技创新创业领军人才，10000名重点产业紧缺创新人才， 给予重点扶持。网上还可以查看到张家港市另外还有330计划（http://www.330.gov.cn/zjgcyw/Default.aspx）。
