About the speaker:

Ron Yu is a Managing Partner at ExecCatalyst, helping high-tech executives and their leadership
teams through inflections in their business. Clients include Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
in top Silicon Valley companies like Oracle, SAP, Citrix, Trend Micro, SugarCRM, etc. Ron
has recruited and developed hundreds of top performers and leaders while holding senior
management, VP, and executive roles at Salesforce.com, Oracle, Hyperion Solutions, Portal
