Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., formerly known as Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Co., has been responsible for the development of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park since Jan. 2003. Located in the middle of Pudong Area, the Park comprises of a variety of development areas including Technical Innovation Zone, Hi-Tech Industry Zone, Scientific Research and Education Zone, and Residential Zone. With 15 years of development, Zhangjiang (Group) Co. has become a leading Hi-tech Park in China.

A team of executive management led by CEO Frank Liu of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park will be visiting the Bay Area and would like to meet with old and new friends in Silicon Valley who are interested in Zhangjiang. Mr. Frank Liu, CEO, Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd.
Mr. Frank Liu has been CEO of Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd. since Oct. 2005. He brings 17 years of industry and Hi-Tech Park development experience in Pudong new area and plays a key role in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park’s recent success. Besides as CEO of Zhangjiang Group, Frank Liu is now also a deputy director of Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Zone committee, Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Administrative committee.
